The microclimate of this area, characterized by constant ventilation and mild temperatures, is suitable to develop the following vineyards: Gewürztraminer, Merlot, Cabernet, Chardonnay, Yellow Moscato and Moscato Rose.
Around 200,000 bottles a year are currently produced with 2,000 quintal of grapes. Purchasing additional grapes, it is possible to increase the production up to 300,000 bottles.
