DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

The farm is composed of three buildings, a main farmhouse and two smaller buildings, one of which has fallen down, but can be rebuilt.

The main farmhouse has a total surface of 2023 square metres and is disposed on four levels, with the following surfaces.

The other two buildings, a country house and a ruin, are respectively 165 sqm and 216 sqm wide.

The current production is of 1,000 quintals of grape and 30 quintals of olive oil. Grape in particular is sold to the several producers in the area for processing, which means that wine is not produced in this property.

The property is currently a wine and oil estate but thanks to its wide surface area, it is possible to build numerous residential units as well as wine-making rooms. Moreover, after a complete renovation, the property could run as an accommodation business.
