In the characteristic center of Magione, on the shores of Lake Trasimeno in Umbria, villa with garden for sale. DESCRIPTION OF BUILDINGS, STATE AND FINISHES


The villa (480 sqm – 5,165 sqft) is a building dating from 1970-1971, which was entirely renovated in 2001 with particular attention to the systems, a factor that had an immediate yield both in benefits and in reducing the running costs of the structure. The building has two floors:
