On the outside, the buildings has a very neat and regular façade, with geometrical windows and terraces and two archways leading inside (currently closed by glass doors which should be replaced with something more in line with the building).

On the inside, the historic nature of the building is even more noticeable, thanks to the numerous decorations. Ceilings are covered in frescoes and paintings framed by fake painted architectures, floors are connected by stone staircases with decorated balustrades and in several rooms we can still see the stone fireplaces once used to warm the building. Some skylights grant light to the staircases, which have not windows and would be dark otherwise. Floors are covered in various tiling, but the most common are graniglia and parquet.

EXTERNAL AREA

The property is located along a road in the historical centre of Florence, a short distance from the Santa Maria Novella train station, and is fitted with a private 925 sqm parking lot accessed via a metal gate. Lying around the building we can find several tiled walkways leading to the entrances on the rear.
