DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

The farmhouse (400 sqm – 4,304 sqft, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) is in good condition, with only minor modernization work needed (although the house is already perfectly habitable in every respect). On the ground floor, one enters from the portico into a living room/entryway that leads in turn to the service bathroom, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the dining room. The latter room then is connected to the kitchen on one side and the private office space on the other. From outside, a secondary door leads to the technical room of the house.

On the first floor, reached by an internal staircase or an external staircase with porch, is a large central living room with fireplace. From here one proceeds to five bedrooms and a bathroom.

A few steps from the house is a small warehouse with two rooms.
