DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING

The villa (250 sqm – 2,690 sqft, 5  bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) is laid over several terraces along the cliffside. On the upper floor there is a beautiful covered terrace currently used as an open-air reception. Right in the middle of the terrace there is the elevator leading down to the several suites of the property. Descending to the lower terraces, one finds four beautiful sea view suites (one on each level):

- Suite N°1: entry/living room with cooking corner, bedroom and bathroom;

- Suite N°2: living room with cooking corner and ample terrace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms;

The villa was recently restored respecting the typical style of the Amalfi Coast with stone walls, ample windows and hand-painted ceramic tiles. The rooms are bright and welcoming and they are all connected to the outdoor sea view terraces. The outdoor areas are covered with wooden pergolas decorated with creepers and ornamental flowers.

At the street level, the villa boasts two private parking spots (for small/medium-sized cars), a very sought feature in the Amalfi Coast which also makes it very easy to use the building as an accommodation business.
