The main building of the property (273 sqm – 2,937 sqft) is split between two floors as follows.

STATE AND FINISHES

The main building was a country house (dating back to the 19th century) already restored in the past but nowadays in dire conditions following several years of abandon. The plaster on walls needs to be removed and replaced, same goes for the floors, while on the outside several cracks are visible on the stone walls. The agricultural buildings are in a state determined by their past use as shelter for animals and granary, functions which doesn’t require the building to be aesthetically pleasant.

The property is split between two lots located a short distance apart. The first lot includes the building and 2 hectares of unused land potentially convertible into arable land and/or vineyard.
