Located on the hills around Greve in Chianti, in the renowned Tuscan wine region, fully restored country houses with pools and garden.

The building is externally made in stone and bricks, a typical blend easily found on countryside building. On the inside, instead, we find terracotta floors in the day-zone and bathrooms, while bedrooms are covered in light-toned parquet. The wooden beams sustaining the roof have been attentively restored and are perfectly visible.

 

The farmhouse N°2, or at least the building located here in the past, is mentioned in several documents from the 11th century onward. Located along a road once used by pilgrims in their travel to Rome, this building is located on the place where pilgrims stopped to pray, and in fact the residence was obtained through the conversion and subsequent restoration of a small and the annexed rectory.

The building has been masterfully restored to preserve its countryside look, exalting the beauty of external stones and keeping the terracotta floors and the masonry fireplaces on the inside.

 

 

EXTERNAL AREA

The farmhouse N°1 is surrounded by a useful terracotta patio fitted with a BBQ area and perfect for al fresco dining, thanks to the presence of trees granting a nice shadow in the hottest days. Further enriching the external area of the property we can find two nice above-ground swimming pool 10 x 4.5 m and 8 x 4 m, both fitted with panoramic wood and terracotta solariums offering an unrivaled view over the surrounding countryside.
