DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

The main farmhouse (245 sqm – 2,636 sqft, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) was built in 1868 and is laid over three floors organized as follows:

- Ground floor: cellar, garage, laundry and closet;

- First floor: hallway, living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms and bathroom;

- Second floor: currently unused (linked to the lower floor through a trapdoor with a tilting stair), it could be linked to the first floor via an actual staircase and used to create new bedrooms.

The building is in good structural condition and still boasts all the typical finishes of rural buildings (stone walls, wooden beams, original terracotta floors, stone fireplace…). The building was inhabited until a few years ago and the finishes need a general revision before the farmhouse can be inhabited.

The guesthouse (130 sqm – 1,399 sqft, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) was in the past a rural outbuilding, used as a stable on the lower floor and granary on the upper floor. The first floor was reworked in the past into a residential unit made up of kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

EXTERIORS

The podere covers a surface of roughly 0.4 hectares (1 acre) which could be used to landscape a convenient garden and build a swimming pool.
