In Castel Giorgio, in Umbria, just a few km from the border with Lazio, farmhouse, currently being restored, with land.
Castel Giorgio is a small town with almost 2200 inhabitants, at 560 m a.s.l., which still conserves the ruins of Etruscan necropolises. It is placed in a strategic location, within easy reach of towns with important cultural attractions like Acquapendente (17 km), Orvieto (17 km), Bolsena (19 km) and Civita di Bagnoregio (20km).
Perugia airport can be reached in one hour and thirty minutes by car, while Rome’s international airports, Roma Ciampino and Roma Fiumicino, are approximately one hour and fifty minutes away.
The entrance avenue is going to be bordered by a double row of trees and a fruit orchard on the left side and a garden with pool on the right side.

 

 

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

The project of the farmhouse, which has already been approved and registered, involves the creation of a basement floor of 44 sqm with cellar and technical rooms, on the ground floor (267 sqm) five entrances, a pergola with layered wood beams and terracotta flooring, a large double-height living area, a kitchen, a porch, a fitness room with two glass walls with view of the countryside and terraced covering, a changing room with shower and Turkish bath, two connecting bedrooms with bathrooms, which can be converted into an independent apartment.
