On the shores of Lake Trasimeno, a few kilometers from the town of Tuoro, renovated farmhouse with pool for sale. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS, STATE AND FINISHES

The olive grove (2.9 ha), on the other hand, consists of plants of the Leccino and Frantoio varieties, typical of the area.

 

Other farmland, located in neighboring municipalities and including DOC/IGT vineyards and olive trees, is available for purchase. The buildings also include a wine cellar and an olive mill for the production of excellent extra virgin olive oil.
