The entrance door opens into a spacious and bright living room with windows overlooking the garden and open space kitchen. From here one can move around the same floor and reach a guest bathroom and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there is the sleeping area made up of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The building has been recently restored and is in excellent condition with all the typical features of countryside buildings intact (wooden beams, terracotta floors, fireplaces) or replaced wherever needed.

The guesthouse (47 sqm – 506 sqft, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom) is a cozy studio apartment with bathroom, ample portico and oven.

The garden surrounding the building, fully fenced, covers roughly 5,000 sqm of surface and is dotted with decorative plants and fruit trees. There are also 45 olive trees that allow producing a small quantity of extra-virgin olive oil for personal use.
