DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING

The country house (280 sqm – 3,012 sqft) is split between two floors, effectively distinguishing he day zone (ground floor) and the night zone (first floor).
On the ground floor, entering through the main door, there is a small entrance hall leading on the right to a fully equipped kitchen and then to a laundry. On the left, instead, there is a great living room and a bathroom at the end of it. Next to the staircase leading to the first floor there is a small local used as a closet. From the outside it is possible to access a small service local housing the boiler for the building. In the kitchen there is a small stairs leading to a loft.
On the first floor there is a small landing leading on the right to the master’s bedroom, equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. On the left there are two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom in between. The floor is also accessible through a lateral staircase leading to a French window.

 

 

STATE AND FINISHES

The building has been thoroughly rebuilt in 2004 from the ground up, by adapting the old basements to the new anti-seismic criteria. Plumbing and electrical cabling are new, as are the well and the septic tank which have been adapted to the current security and hygienic laws.
Aesthetically, the house is in wonderful shape with terracotta floors and wooden-beamed ceilings preserving the old rusticity of the building and is enriched by stone decorations emerging from the plastered walls. On the outside, the country house is made out of stone, with a wonderful portico and a panoramic view over the woody hills around.

 

 

EXTERNAL AREA

The property is located in a panoramic position, surrounded by ca. 4.5 hectares of land covered for the most part in woodland. The access is granted via a well-maintained unpaved road and the country house has enough external space to host several cars outdoor.
