The townhouse (260 sqm – 2,798 sqft) is laid over four floors:

- Ground floor: entrance room with bathroom and access to the underground cellar; mounting up a few steps one can reach the upper ground floor;

- Upper ground floor: living room with fireplace and open-space kitchen. From here one can reach the outdoor patio (roughly 20 sqm) where there is the old well which once provided water for the neighborhood.

- First floor: through a stone staircase one can reach the first floor made of living room with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom;

- Second floor: two bedrooms; it is also possible to create a bathroom here. One of the bedrooms gives access to the loft;

- Third floor: loft made up of a habitable room with two closets on the sides.

STATE AND FINISHES

The 14^th-century house is in excellent conditions. All the rooms, with the exception of the living room at the upper ground floor, boast high ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors; some of the rooms still have original terracotta floors.
