DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING

The building (120 sqm – 1,291 sqft) is split between two floors, linked by an internal staircase.
The ground floor is accessed via a door leading to a small entrance hall or via a French window leading directly to the living room. In front of the main entrance there is a corridor leading to a local used as a laundry and storage room. The living room leads directly to a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and then to a bathroom.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom on the right, a spacious living room directly up front and a small corridor leading to another double bedroom and a bathroom.

STATE AND FINISHES

The apartment has been fully and finely restored preserving the original style of the building. On the outside, walls are plastered and the building has contrasting brown louvers. On the inside, instead, there are parts of stone walls left visible and contrasting with mostly plastered walls. Passage from the day zone to the night zone on the first floor is allowed by a stone staircase. Floors are covered in old terracotta tiles, while one of the upstairs chambers has a graniglia floors.

Property is rightly in front of the street and has a small raised terrace just in front of the entrance door, perfect to relax.
