Florence and the International Airport Amerigo Vespucci are less than one hour drive’s away, while it is possible to reach the Tuscan coast in about one hour and a half.

 

 

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

The property consists of a main farmhouse of 613 square meters, a cantina for vinification (466 sqm), bottling, packaging and storing, a workshop, technical rooms and warehouse (150 sqm in total) a storage shelter (16 sqm) and a camping area equipped with facilities.
