The Elite Maldivian
The first type of private villa is the Elite Maldivian.
The lots extends for a total size from 442 to 1264 square metres in all.
The water villas has a total surface of 163 square metres and include two bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, one of which is set on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with cooking corner and access to the solarium with pool.
The second bedroom is located on the first floor and a large panoramic terrace.
The Royal Maldivian
The second type of private villa is the Royal Maldivian: a gorgeous family home set inside a plot from 515 to 2224 square metres.
The unit has a total surface of 197 square metres and is disposed on two levels.
On the ground floor is located the living are with cooking corner, living room, three bedrooms with en suite bathroom, while on the first floor there is a large rooftop terrace.
The bath tub, placed in the master bedroom, is set on a raised position, offering an incomparable view on the ocean.
The spacious rooftop terrace offers a 360 degree view and is equipped with a rollaway bed, ideal to relax in the afternoon or in the evenings.

The Imperial Maldivian
The Imperial Maldivian is the biggest water villa.
Located inside a plot of land sized from 1102 to 5204 square metres, the Imperial Maldivian is set on three levels and includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms for a total surface of 493 square metres.
The villa is symmetrically disposed on the lagoon and boasts vaulted ceilings, minimalists decors and plastered walls.
The ground floor has two bedrooms and a master suite, all with en suite bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room.
On the first floor there is another master suite, as well as a terrace and a solarium.
The rooftop terrace is equipped with a rollaway bed, ideal to relax.
The ocean can be admired from every part of the house and the solarium on the ground floor including the pool and the gazebo.
The lower floor includes a gym and a private cinema.
