The estate is located in the renowned Chianti Classico DOCG “Gallo Nero” area. The property, surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, boasts a wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. Bars, minimarkets and restaurants are 10 minutes’ drive from the estate. The wine estate is within easy reach of the main tourist towns in Tuscany, such as Siena, Florence, Siena and San Gimignano.
Florence-Peretola airport is 45 minutes away, Pisa-Galilei airport about one hour and thirty minutes away.
DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The property has a surface of 2292.66 square metres (or 24678 square feet) and is made up of numerous buildings, which are divided into three main blocks.
The manor villa has a surface of 350.58 sqm on two levels, has two independent entrances, is composed of nine rooms and has a back garden. It has been restored and is in good condition.
The building n. 1 includes the offices and two apartments of the Agriturismo, for a surface of 557.21 on three levels, on the basement floor, ground floor and first floor. The offices comprise four rooms, half bath, cellar and loggia.
The first apartment is made up of three rooms and a large terrace, the second apartment has six rooms.

STATE AND FINISHES
The small hamlet dates back to the 18th century, the manor villa was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The buildings used as an Agriturismo have been restored and are in good condition, while the sheds and the agricultural storages have to be restored.
The property has two pools, of which one with a surface of 87 sqm.
